Yoshida Technology Research - Fine Hole Electric Discharge Machining
From hardening and difficult-to-cut materials to non-ferrous metals like aluminum, high-speed hole processing is possible.
Electricity is passed through a brass electrode pipe, enabling high-speed hole processing for small diameter holes that are difficult to achieve with standard drills, as well as for non-ferrous metals like aluminum, from hardened and difficult-to-cut materials. Our company mainly drills start holes for wire cutting. Please note that we do not accept single-item processing for fine hole discharge only. 【Main specifications of the machine】 ■ Processing stroke = 300mm × 400mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
